Product passports

Proof before publication.

Every product starts outside the public shop. A named reviewer must check the evidence before the product can appear.

  1. Identify the item. Match the physical item, SKU, source record, and owner.
  2. Check the facts. Verify stock, price, materials, origin, care, fulfilment, image rights, and copy rights.
  3. Review the context. Record the language and cultural review, known gaps, and correction history.
  4. Approve the preview. Publish only after the evidence record is complete and named approval is recorded.

A missing field keeps the product private. Code cannot substitute for a physical or rights review.
